Paper Mate Tuff Stuff Eraser Jumbo Refills (64892)

Some reviewers complained that they didn't receive the number of erasers showing in the product image. I received exactly what was illustrated and described--twelve tubes of 2 erasers each for a total of 24 erasers. These are great erasers--the jumbo size is what I need for my math class, where I make tons of mistakes and need to erase over and over. They're gentle on paper but very effective in erasing marks from my PaperMate PhD pencil.Good product. Highly recommend!

Good quality eraser. They don't rub off easily, so you don't go through them super-fast. They ARE the long kind, so if you want the type for regular mechanical pencils, you can always cut them into sections, like I did. NOTE: they are on the thick side, so make sure they will fit.

What I received: a small box containing 12 of the little tubes in the picture, labeled "Paper Mate Tuff Stuff Jumbo Twist Eraser." I was apprehensive about buying them with the negative reviews, but as an add-on to another purchase with free shipping (and AFTER the price had fallen from ~$16 to ~$10), I ordered and hoped what I received would be different from what most other buyers did. And it was, 24 erasers for $10.70, about 45 cents per each eraser, favorable to buying a new pencil every time the eraser ran out. These fit the Paper Mate Clear Point mechanical pencils I have, and I absolutely recommend this item to anyone who has difficulty rationalizing buying new pencils just for the erasers.

This purchase is for only 1 tube of 2 erasers (as the description says). It is not for a box of refills(as the picture shows). For just two erasers, the price is extremely expensive. The erasers themselves are excellent and get 5 stars, but the misleading picture and cost drops the rating to 3.

Title says "24 Refills", description says "12 Tubes contain 2 refills each for a total of 24 refills" Called customer service and spoke with Eva and was advised they would correct the order and send me the other 11. Total bull! Got the replacement this morning and still two erasers in one tube.To good to be true, thats why I bought them it was a great deal. Why not I've gotten other great deals on Amazon but the it totally wrong and product title and description needs to be changed.

When I purchased this I thought I was getting one tube with two erasers, as was shown in the picture and the label of the product. I bought about ten to stock up but when I got it I received the packs of 12 with 2 erasers in each tube. Not complaining though, because now my friends can have some too.These are literally the best erasers I've ever used. I've almost blackened a page in frustration doing a homework problem and the eraser will get rid of almost all traces of any mark you can make. If you the Paper Mate side click pencils and erase as much as I do, then these are a must.

I purchased these in 2014. I used to blow through a lot of rubber writing notes in college but not anymore. I've only used ONE eraser refill, meaning that 23 are still unused nearly three years later. I'll be in need of a new eraser refill soon...at least one tube will have been used then!
