Easy to use functions that work well, app works well with mug , keeps drinks hot for hours , cleaning is easy with no worry of damaging the heat element on the bottom of the mug as long as you dry it immediately after washing, a bit pricey but justifies it with its build quality

The ember travel mug isn't ready for public sale.The lid has failed 3 times and although ember have sent replacements it takes a couple of weeks to sort out. They have also been very careful to tell me that I'll only get lids while the mug is in warranty. Essentially you'll end up with a £200 mug with a lid that is either stuck open or closed that you them have to BUY replacement lids for every other month at £25 a time.All of the hassle I've had I just now regret ever buying the ember travel mug, it's a massive disappointment and actually feels like a scam.

I love this product. It really does keep my tea warm over a long period of time. I'm not quite sure how much better it is than a really good insulated travel mug. The battery is only okay, only a couple of hours.

Love this, no longer do I make a cup of tea and forget about it and end up drinking it cold. Anything in it travels well too and allows me to have a hot drink wherever I am.

I love this mug. As I am a very slow drinker. My drinks go cold and I waste them. This mug is brilliant. Made a drink at 7pm and at 9am it was still at 70 Degrees . Fantastic so happy .

This is the second mug ive had the lid has broken both times, its just not on ember!!!

Hot coffee. Perfectly hot coffee for hours. This guy will keep your cup of Java at your favourite temperature for hours. What more could you want.
