Arrived with broken glass
So disappointed. This took a week to arrive, that I knew, but I didn’t know it was coming from France. So therefore being passed by multiple people, and transported by multiple vehicles, and of course, the packaging for a glass tank is not suitable at all, with the glass being broken on arrival.not even the tape to seal the box was suitable, the outer box was partially open when the delivery man put it on my doorstep. It cannot be used, and 1 week before Christmas, cannot be fixed. I work full time and my children are on school holiday's, so can’t lug them here there and everywhere to try and have it fixed, especially when it is a Christmas present. So disappointed as this was a perfect size and design for my daughters new gerbil's. The Amazon assistant was very helpful, and they arranged for me to get a refund now so I can get a replacement asap. I would put more stars as the item does look good from what I saw, the cage part and the accessories looked really well. But purely because the packaging from the supplier themselves could have prevented the item not being delivered what was expected. Now the fun part is arranging for it to collected by Evri and returned back to France 🫣🥴

Arrived broken
Product arrived smashed to pieces on one side. My little girl was massively disappointed. Packaging was appalling and no fragile or glass warning on anything. A little bit of paper padding shoved inside the larger box on top. No way of contacting seller and didn’t want to return as can’t find another cage like it, so we decided to try and find a glass company to repair its at the cost of around £25. Another side of glass was unstuck so also needs repairing. On a good note the cage part and accessories are great and should be a good home for my gerbils once it’s fixed.

Hätte ein super Käfig sein können, wenn es nicht total kaputt angekommen wäre. Wie kann es sein, dass mein Glas nicht schützt beim Versand?

Super cage très solide et arriver sans pépin pensé à protéger le bois pour les pipi la cabane en plastique et super il l adore

Très déçu
Très déçu car en deballant le verre n'était pas protégé . Il aurait fallu mettre au quatre coins des protections en carton pour mieux le protéger. J'aurais aimé la recevoir en bonne état car pourtant très bien pour petit animal.
