164 pounds 5’8 the M/L fits me perfect. My only complaint is the back pad tends to stick out, or up feels like a hunch back. Other than that the vest is super light weight and after awhile I forget im even wearing it.

I haven't worn this on a ride yet, but I already love this thing. It's not something I'll wear often as my local trails are all XC. I got this for when I go ride DH and rocky Enduro riding for some added protection. It's lightweight and seems very breathable. Comfortable too. This protector is rated for CE Level 1 protection. The thing that really impressed me is that it seems so much more protective than other CE Lvl 1 products I've tried. The main protective areas, the grid section on front and back are hard plastic...but importantly not uncomfortable and don't restrict movement. Other Level 1 protectors I've tried are either rigid and uncomfortable or soft padding that doesn't seem nearly as protective. This thing seems to offer it all. I am actually looking forward to wearing this out on the trails.

It came in medium/large I'm 5'8 195ish its adjusted at the biggest size it can be if your bit bigger and heavier I suggest you contact them and ask for an xl if not just move on

I am glad I bought this, I wiped out on my 450. I skipped down the trail like a pebble but because of this plate I am still here today writing this review. After flying 8 meters and hitting rocks I walked away with only 2 cracked ribs, whiplash and a mild concussion

Muy contento, ya me ha salvado de una… caí de espaldas golpeando el suelo con la parte alta de la espalda y se absorbió el golpe muy bien, si no lo llego a llevar no se yo… recomiendo a cualquiera que practique deportes con riesgo de caídas fuertes ir bien protegido.
