I recently installed the Surpass Garage Door Roller/Hinge/Top Bracket/Wire Rope set for my 7' height garage door, and I'm very satisfied with the product. I put these on a clopay garage door an they fit perfect. The increase in width wasn't an issue. The kit come with all hinges, rollers and bolts. I would have given these 5 stars but the way yhr top hinge is designed it allows for the hinge plate to move slightly. Actually this really isn't an issue but for me I added a second bolt to eliminate the slight twist. With that said, I did order a second set for my other door. The price was good, they install easy and the rollers are nylon so that decreases the noise.

This kit brought new life to an old noisy garage door. We use our garage door as our main entrance. Family members literally come and go through this door all day, every day. It was noisy and squeaky, and no amount of silicon grease was fixing it. So when I stumbled along this kit, I knew it was just what I needed. Installation was easy. Simply replaced the hinges one at a time with the matching number hinge (replace old #1 hinge with new #1 hinge and so on). I do wish they included new bottom brackets, as they seem to be the only part not included, and the old ones had to be removed (then reinstalled) in order to replace the rollers. But my old bottom brackets were certainly reusable, so this wasn't a big deal. The door now operates much smother and quieter.

This parts kit had everything I needed to return my old garage door to like new. My garage door required three different sizes of 14-gauge metal hinges (1-3). This kit had the proper number of each. Each hinge size was clearly marked, and the holes aligned perfectly. The kit included two replacement tension cables and new hinge screws. Installation was easy. Just replaced one hinge at a time. The kit includes new rollers and axles for the two bottom pivot points. This is where the tension cables attach. Replacing the wheels and axels require relieving tension on the large lift assist spring. Not hard to do, but it does require about a 2-foot length of 1/2" diameter steel rod and a means of securing it while replacing the wheels. If uncomfortable doing that, and the old wheel and axles are usable, I think it would be fine to leave those in place. When it comes time to replace my double garage door hinges, I will definitely look for a kt offered by this vendor.

Worked great, easy to install and now my garage door works much better.
