This is a replacement part, it is not the entire device. Q: Will this work with Alita al-15A?

Thanks for your question. The recommended flow for this Matala diffuser is 25-80 lpm. The Alita AL-15A can only output 20 lpm. Likely this will cause issues with the pump as well as a less than desirable bubble output. I suggest looking into airstone diffusers around 9" or rubber diffusers closer to 6".
