Q: I'm looking for a really lightweight fabric compatible with warmer weather.. Do these fit the bill?

My husband has not complained about them being hot for summer weather. They are lightweight and wash well.

Q: I can not get the size chart to pop up any measurements for L or XL?

I don't know if this will help you or not but I wear a women's 14/16 in jeans and got the XL for myself (I like that men's pajama pants are more roomy then women's). My dad wears a 38/40 in jeans and also wears the XL pants. Hope this helps!

Q: What is inseam of medium?
