Q: Will it fit a bc rich warlock guitar?

I would not risk it as the arms at the bottom sit pretty low and may make this guitar unstable.

Q: Will it fit child’s half size guitar?

I don’t know is the truth. I sold it along with my short bass guitar if that helps with measuring up. I would buy it again though.

Q: Will it be use for the cello?

I wouldn't think so this stand is ok for guitars i would think a cello would be too big for this stand.
