Update: The customer service is fantastic thatvthey deserve a five star! They went above and beyond with their job. They make sure they listen to you and they were never once rude. They even encourage you to make suggestions to improve their product. I am actually a repeat customer because I love my first Miss Fong tote convertible diaper bag., but that bag was kinda bulky to use for just a quick and short errands. So, I started looking for a smaller backpack, but I want it chick and slick. My search brought me to their product. Since I know their quality and style I didn't think twice of placing an order. This bag is actually perfect for my taste and style. I really like the back strap which makes it look light but stylish. However I've encountered some problems with my order, but they quickly reached out to me to fix it. I learned that they actually don't have access to what Amazon ships out from their warehouse. I made a mistake accusing Miss Fong, the company, of shipping out their flawed product, but upon communicating with them, it was clear that it's who Amazon ships out their sellers' products and failed several times to check them if they're in right condition. So, I am calling out Amazon for letting their sellers customers' down. Sometimes a great customer service is all it takes to give a product your trust again. Like I said, its quality is top notch and their style, they really think it through. Update: I reordered the bag because I had a good shopping experience with my other Miss Fong bag. It was flawless including the tag. Inshort I was happy. This time, they did the right thing by shipping it out in a box. So no creases or marks of being pinned down during the shipping, but this bag still didn't have the tag on. I read all the reviews about this bag and sad and disappointed to know that they actually ship out used items that was pain brand new. To the point that one customer found a pepto tablet in one of the pockets. That is dishonesty. The bag that came today has scratches on the button and factory flaws??? As seen on the picture. I hate to return but I think I have to. Don't they have quality control? But this would probably be my last Miss Fong bag because of the said issues that I've encountered. I don't wanna take the risk next time because they were trying to trick me by charging stocking fee and other stuff for opening it from a plastic packaging and returning it. But how do you know what your getting if you don't actually open the package??? The bag is a perfect size. Functional wise, it has a lot of pockets and compartments which is what I am looking for, but I hate that they shipped it in a pouch! Bags like this price should be shipped in a box. The bag that I ordered before this (which I returned because it was huge for what I wanted) was shipped in a box. So, it was spotless although it was just, "Like new". Of course as a new product, you expect it to be perfect and that's what consumers who's buying brand new items are after. That's why they're buying it brand new.

such a cute bag! bought it for an upcoming trip and am so pleased by the quality. and its pretty roomy i can fit a decent amount of stuff in it. love the hidden pockets and that i can also use it as an everyday purse. excited to use it as my everyday diaper bag!

First, let me say that did a lot of research before buying this product because I wanted this to be my everyday, go-to bag. Also a nice travel bag, not too big or small to use as a purse, not a diaper bag (everyone I've asked has said they can't tell it's a diaper bag) I wanted something stylish, but functional, durable with a lot of room, several ways to carry and water bottle pockets and this has everything! I love that it is easily to clean on the inside. Because it's meant to be a diaper bag I've been able to wipe it down so easily with a wet wipe. All of the hardware is so shiny and the hooks and straps are so well made, nothing feels cheap at all. I've been using this for several months and I've had no issues other than a little catching with one of the side zippers. The only reason this gets 4 and not 5 stars is because it would be the perfect bag if it opened up a little more so I could see inside better and reach around. It's quite slim. You can still stuff a lot inside especially with all of the pockets and keep everything organized, but some things need to be stacked and shuffled around. Very picky, but just pointing it out.

I absolutely love this bag. My child is now 4 years old so this bag is perfect for packing a change of clothes in case of an accident, his pee bottle and a collapsible potty plus his foldable toilet seat so that way he does not have to sit on public toilets. Overall this bag is so cute stylish and spacious LOVE

This is my second purchase of this bag. I bought the brown one a few years ago but after 2 babies and heavy use, I wanted a replacement. After looking through tons of brands, I settled back on Miss Fong. I love the front pocket for my phone and the side pockets for quick access to things. I prefer this size of bag over the larger backpacks because its just easier to manage. I also prefer this style of zipper rather than the full zip down. I am not organized enough and eventualy my bag is a mess anyway so this holds it all in perfectly. Tons of extra pockets and other ways to carry the bag. Number 6 is on the eay and this is still my go to bag.

I was looking for a bag to hold enough stuff for my 2(still in diapers)& 4year old when we go out. On a typical outing I pack 3 diaper wipes changing pad, 2 toddle size cups some snacks (4 pack gummies with fruit or bag of chips) hold my wallet keys & hand sanitizer. I’m only being so detailed because I know how hard it was for me to find the perfect bag. We are at the stage that I don’t need to load up the house 😂 but even in baby stage I feel this can really work and it’s super stylish. I have had people confuse it with a purse. I absolutely love it. It has all those top things I was looking for. Insulation cup holders, a nice amount of pockets, stylish, not a back pack(but you do have that option if that your thing) right size for my 2 girls, water proof and something my husband can take out with the girls when I’m not around (he hates the big bags). If your looking for a small/med bag this is it and it was priced great!

The quality of this bag is good except for the weight. It is heavy even before I put anything. For me, weight is a very important feature. I might return it.
