Bestar Innova U Shape Desk in Tuscany Brown and Black

I ordered the desk for my office and the assembly was a bit tricky, but went smoothly once I began completing it in steps (and only grabbing the required parts to complete each step). The completed desk leaves a LOT of room to work with, even more than I'm used to using at my work. The back wall of the shelf portion on the desk even has a rubber flap to run cables through and makes a great place to put chargers.My only complain (and rather a big one) is that the desk itself arrived damaged. The little desk that arrived with the product looks to have been smashed or stepped on during shipping, still useable- but very unsightly. Upon seeing if I could have just this portion replaced, I learned I'd have to send back the whole thing, and this thing arrived in several heavy boxes (that I had to open to find the damage) which would have made such a process quite taxing. Quite a bit of back and forth later on this and the 30 days had passed and now they (Cymax Customer Service) just refer me to the manufacturer.So all in all, very good desk, just be mentally prepared to box it all up to send back if anything is damaged

Was a bit tricky to piece together but finally done and i love it. i use it in my office/music studio. nice and big and seems to be sturdy. make sure you know the measurements of this desk and plan out out you want the room this is going in as this desk's instructions has both LEFT and RIGHT configurations and is quite large and heavy. There are times when a 2nd person will be needed and the desk will arrive by big rig on a long pallet, via pallet jack, so clear a flat path to your house as close as possible and have a friend on standby to help you break down the pallet and carry the pieces in. Youre actually buying a desk w/hutch and a seperate desk, so be prepared to have 2 mini projects that become one large project.

I'm still trying to get it put together. The pictures are not clear and there is very little written description.

This is a beautiful desk. Very well made. An unbelievable value for the price. It was delivered in 3 boxes, two weighing over 100 pounds. I had to open the boxes outside so i could carry the individual pieces into my house one or two at a time, depending on the weight of each item. My friend, who is very handy, put it together in less than 4 hours. By himself. (Instructions say it take two people to install.)

Nice looking set.Read the instructions for the full set before you start putting the pieces together. The first set of instructions build the desk as a L-shaped desk. You have to take the side panel back off again and re-position another panel to add the third table top to make it a U-shaped desk. You can probably save this step by reading thru everything first.

Very nice piece. The three packages were all pretty heavy but that's to be expected from melamine and particle board. I thought the instructions were fine though I can understand that some might find them difficult to decipher. I've had occasion to put a couple dozen or more of these types of things together so nothing was surprising to me. I went methodically and it took me about three hours, maybe a little more, to assemble it. It's exactly how it shows in the picture and is perfectly functional for what I need.

Great desk for the price! It works out perfectly for our home office. Plenty of work space and storage.
