Awesome power output and battery life
Fantastic battery! Got through 2 days of use with this battery from drilling joists with the combi, screwing large fixings with the impact driver and a hell of a lot of cuts on cable tray and uni strut with the angle grinder! Still have 2/5 bars left! Highly recommended!

Finally long lasting battery life
This is what you need when using cordless circular saw or high power tools like recipricator or drilling big hole .why has it took so long to get these size batteries. My little cordless drill will go all week without charging a little heavier but well worth the extra power

A TYPICALLY IMPRESSIVE AND RELIABLE PRODUCT FROM BOSCH...WITH THE USUAL PRICE TAG...
Around my time of purchase this battery was floating around the £150 mark, which for a battery is a little tough to stomach but hey, its part of the latest Bosch Professional range and in fairness has added hours of run time to some of my new tools. Its really not that much weighty in use than smaller capacity batteries (I went for the 8.0 Ah option specifically for this reason as the larger capacity alternatives did look excessively bulky). Overall I am happy, but lets hope for all our sakes they often end up a sale item!! Crucially would I buy again - reluctantly at £150 probably, at £100 or less absolutely!!

Excellent rechargeable Borsch battery
Excellent rechargeable battery for Borsch orbital sander, frustrating that Borsch require a different size battery for most of their products, i.e. strimmer, drill and orbital sanders

Serious extra grunt and runtime!
Well put together battery. It's a bit of a lump but then, all the 8ah+ batteries are.Adds some serious extra grunt to your tools. Particularly the new tools optimised for the procores, but also noticeable on the older tools.I mainly use it in my grinder and sds where it excels.Can't wait to try it in the new cordless plunge saw and large circular saw coming soon.Not really a downside but a heads up - my old AL 1860 charger is usually pretty quick at charging batteries but this 8ah procores takes 1h40mins to charge in it. Worth considering getting one of Bosch's new quick chargers if you use multiple procores.
