I’ve been doing research about hypothyroidism because I’ve noticed my neck is pretty big and I’m not a big person. My throat always was sore, I was always tired, couldn’t lose weight, cold hands and feet, super awful heavy periods and every other hypothyroid symptom there is. Read all the great reviews here and before I started these capsules I had examined my thyroid and had my son and husband feel on it also, they both said it was pretty big, made my neck look fat like a rubber neck lol Only a week of taking these I noticed my neck isn’t huge anymore, my throat is not hoarse, it sounds more feminine now and I’ve noticed a slight increase of energy. At first it made me tired but I kept taking it anyways. Easy to swallow for me and no flavor or after taste, burping or heartburn etc. I can’t stop touching my neck and looking in the mirror and raving about it to my friends on Facebook! Only downside is I’ve been super hungry and eating everything in sight!!! I’m thinking maybe because my period is about to come on and this is kinda normal but I’ve been eating a lot lot! Which isn’t normal. But maybe it’ll go away after my body gets use to the pills? 🤷‍♀️ I don’t even care because I am just so amazed how fast it made my enlarged thyroid go way down! 🙌👏 I also haven’t noticed a decrease in my tremendous hair loss that I have but maybe in time it will help. I’m super happy with this product so far. If anything bad pops up I’ll edit this lol but so far so good 👌 Give it a try, won’t hurt I don’t imagine. This product is great I have been taking it now for a couple of weeks/I can really feel the difference. I have more energy/I don't feel a tired/fatigued as I did. My doctor did a complete blood test on me/my T3 and T4 were a little low. So she told me to take Thyrotain, I researched online and saw this product/it has the same ingredients as Thyrotain only I get more bang for my buck with this product. Every day I feel a little more energy than the day before/can really tell the difference as to how I felt last week compared to this week. I have chronic fatigue syndrome/my B12 was a little low and also my D3. So my doctor had me taking 2000mcg of B12 and 2000mcg of chromium picolinate and 4000 IU of D3, then I had my blood work done again 3 months later/that is where she saw that my T3/T4 were a little low. So now with the added Thyroid support I take 2 one time a day and i'm good to go. I am sooo glad that people leave reviews of products online, helps the rest of us make better/wiser choices. So I'm leaving my honest review I have not receive a discount or anything free for this review. I will absolutely buy this product from this company again their price is good and the their product is great!!! Thanks so much for such a great product, that makes my life better.

This thyroid support supplement comes in a regular sized dark green capsule which was a off-putting for me. To me the color looks more dangerous than healthy for my thyroid. But, it contains most of the supplemental support I need. My other issue with it is Ashwahganda. I didn’t realize this product contained it when I purchased it and since there’s been conflicting data with that particular supplement I wanted to stay away from it. But there are no returns once purchased so I’m going to continue using it, especially since it’s made in the UK and they are more strict on what they put in their products. Not as lenient s as other countries. It’s easy to swallow and I didn’t notice any smells or funky taste. Also, it’s recommended to take with meals. It did not upset my stomach and my appetite is about the same. I usually have two meals a day and have continued doing so. I’ll update if I notice a difference either way while taking it. In my opinion, it’s worth a trial.

This does seem to be helping with my thyroid. I have more energy and have been more productive since I started taking it. I also am in a better mood and generally just feel better all around.

I was feeling tired, especially by the afternoon and was noticing hair loss, fatigue, & my weight kept either going up or stayed the same, despite a great diet & exercise. I started thyroid support in mid-September because I suspected I was hypothyroid, even though my doctor had not diagnosed me with it. I have two aunts that are also hypothyroid so there’s a strong family predilection for me developing it as well so I figured I would go ahead and give health harmony thyroid support a try based on its reviews. I did read some of the cautionary reviews that said because it has iodine you may develop depression which I’m also susceptible to. When I started at mid-September, within three weeks, I had already lost 5 pounds, and my hair has started to grow in again, and my fatigue has started to improve. Now at the beginning of the new year, I am down 18 pounds and feel much better than I have in a long time. I have added in Maca and CLA so I presume in conjunction with these other two, the thyroid support has really kickstart everything off to get my body back into regulation.

I self diagnosed myself and bought this product. It is amazing. Works well and took care of the issues I had that goes along with what this product is designed for. Im so glad I bought it.

This product is good

From the time I started taking this I have been in immense pain in my tummy. At first I wasn't sure of the cause, until I stopped taking it and my stomach pain was greatly reduced. There was zero extra energy, in fact, I feel worse now and more lethargic than before I started taking it. I had high hopes based on the reviews I saw, now I know that I cannot believe any of the reviews.

I never do reviews. Been taking these every morning for the past week and can feel a massive improvement in my mood and energy and no foggy mind anymore. Hoping it’s going to last.
