Received used item!!!
Received used item!!! You can see in pictures attached that item I received was used one and damaged. It also didn’t come with Microfiber. I am returning the product. I received product on 24th March 2022 and retuning on 25th March 2022.

The product is used and old and broken and missing items

I have got a shark steamer but what a game its with the cable so I decided th go for one of these and glad I did as it is a breeze to use plus you can put your choice of cleaner in with the water in the jug unlike others where you have to usr there liquid and that becomes quite expensive over time, plus the head flips over on this mop so both sides gets used Great purchase

Cannot say enough about how great this is! Just plain water or you can use a tsp. or 2 of your favorite cleaner. I use a tsp. of ZEP. SO easy to use. No wringing of mops or lugging a bucket around.
