These are very brittle and break way too easy. I have bought a LOT of ear clips over the years for my M165 and these are extra fragile. They also irritate my skin. They were a good price, just keep in mind you will need backups because these do not last long.

I have warn this headset for year. These ear-loops are the worst I have seen. They break within days of being put on. Don’t waste your money
