After going through several USB headsets where customers/colleagues commented that the voice quality was variable/poor I decided to try out a headset targeted at actual call centers hoping that such products would have better voice quality. I was not disappointed !! Positive : Super audio quality and great feedback from customers and colleagues, light weight, not too expensive Negative (or things to bear in mind) : Comes with a QD (Quick Disconnect) connector so you need an extra adaptor (I bought a USB for my laptop and a RJ11 for phone) but the combined price is still competitive. No volume or mute control (but you have these on PC applications).
