For most of my life, I've had large pockets of swelling in several areas of my body, the pits, under the knees, ankles, around the hips and my face. It wasn't until I saw an ad talking about draining your lymphatic system. While I usually never play into social media propaganda, I felt like this specific ad was targeted for me with all the symptoms I had. I ended up searching for a bit on here to find a different brand with the best reviews, and my sister has many products from Mary Ruth, so I figured I'd give it a shot, hoping the results others were seeing would work in my favor as well. I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed a massive improvement in my swelling. I can't pinch my under arm fat anymore, my legs have smoothed out a lot, the lymphs in my neck don't feel so tight lately, and I even wear an anklet I haven't taken off in over a year that was starting to squeeze my ankle, but just yesterday I noticed it's actually loose on me and I can spin it around my ankle with space for 2 fingers. So when I look in the mirror, my cankles are gone! And I had some major ones before and my moon face is improving drastically! I can see the natural heart shape of my face coming back! The taste is actually not that bad compared to other herbal supplements I have so I just take it straight wifh the dropper. I will also use a guasha every few days to help flush out the nodes and that always makes such an improvement in the morning! I am on a fitness journey now so I'm sure some physical activity at the gym helps, but I taught yoga for 5 years and have always been pretty active and have still struggled with swelling. My teacher trainer even mentioned years ago I needed a lymphatic massage, so I'm also gonna try that too! I'm excited to see how much more will improve by the time I finish the bottle, but so far I'm happy with the current results!

Absolutely incredible. Works immediately; I noticed a difference after using one dose for three days in a row. The difference was both visual/aesthetic as well as healthier overall feeling. Likely will not work on its own, however; I do daily gua sha, manual lymphatic drainage, lymph drainage foot baths, and rebounds or vibration pad. The combination works shockingly well and lightning-fast. Less inflammation all over, less fluid build up or water weight. If you put it in something sweet, you really can't notice the taste, so it's very easy to take. Nothing but good experiences with this brand.

I give my highest recommendation for this! Has helped reduce my inflammation SO much! It is expensive for how often I use it but it works so well that I’m willing to pay it! It does not taste or smell the best but you can easily chase it with a drink.

Enjoying this product so far. I’ve only taken it for about 4 days now so will need to follow up once I’ve taken for a bit. But after the first day I was able to feel a difference in my face. Did not feel the facial swelling I usually wake up with. Taste is fine and that’s coming from someone who is very picky! The bottle does have a strong smell of pencil shavings but nothing crazy. Will continue to use these and most likely buy again. Just wish the bottle was bigger for the price.

I started these on August 16 and the second photo is August 26, I use 2 to 3 times a day usually morning, afternoon, and night, I put it under my tongue for two minutes then swallow and it’s worked amazing for me!! Taste is surprisingly not bad especially after the first few times. Worth it! (Check out before and after, I screen shot the photos to prove dates!)

This product has helped with the swelling in my legs. This was noticeable with the first bottle, which prompted me to order a second bottle. The second bottle i received doesn't have the same taste as the first bottle. I had no problem taking the 1st bottle but the 2nd bottle the taste is horrible, which leads me to question the production practices.The first bottle was great but considering it only lasted me 2 1/2 weeks it's too expensive. I will look for something else.

Product is great. The only problem is I have a subscription, and many times it is unavailable to be shipped.

Got it. Started using the same day! This is my 5th day using it and my results are amazing!! I thought all my puffiness was just because postpartum. But this? A MUST to help through this journey
