Great product!
I bought Amazon Basics Window Squeegee for $4.80 on June 4, 2025. The squeegee works fine and it does a great job at both cleaning and removing water from my glass / windows / tiles. It is comfortable to hold, and I like that the handle is removable. I also love that it comes with two extra blades, and so I am happy that this works well and has enough parts to last a long time. Basically, this thing does what is it designed to do.On the negative side, it is rather small, so I wish it were a bit bigger. I would not knock off any stars because of that though.

Works extremely well, came with extra blade
This was exactly what I hoped it would be. Perfect size for car windows. It came with a spare blade too. This thing works so well that I often use it to dry my entire Grand Cherokee after washing it, which completely eliminates any water spots, and is 10x faster than using a car drying towel. I only bought it for drying the windows though, and I doubt I'll find anything that works better than this

ALMOST GREAT
The size of the squeegee is just what I wanted. The 2 extra blades (3 total ) is a nice bonus. The foam wrap on the handle soaks up and holds water, which is a negative for me. Also, the balance is not quite as forward as it should be. I would prefer more weight toward the blade-end of the squeegee.Despite the negatives, I would highly recommend this squeegee to anyone who wants a very well functioning squeegee. It clears water completely and without any streaks. The price is also reasonable for a squeegee of this size and quality.PS: I plan on removing the foam and filling the slotted handle with silicone with some additional weights inside the front of the slot.

Doesn’t clear water from glass well
This describes the Amazon Basics Squeegee without the handle. The silicone blade has a “T” profile at the edge that meets the glass. That edge is slightly irregular so with a swipe, there are gaps in the contact with the glass. If you press the blade hard against the glass you can get full contact. Without the perpendicular handle, that force is more difficult to apply. Anyway the tips of the T are fairly thick which also interferes with function. I got this to help spread glue on wood, I’ll trim the contact surface of the blade with a razor blade and see if that improves things. My regular shower squeegee is an Oxo with a silicone blade, that is awesome. The Oxo has a simple cut edge without the “T” profile. I also have an old “California Dryer” squeegee I use for the cars after washing. That also has a “T” surface profile but that “T” thins as one approaches the contact edge. It works well. I think the trouble with this Amazon basics model is that the “T” profile is too thick, doesn’t really thin as it reaches the contact edge, and it isn’t cut with a sheer cut edge. Can you clean glass with it? Yes, but it takes a lot of pressure of the blade against the glass. It’s harder to apply that pressure since this doesn’t have a good handle, the handle that it does have is a cutout that is parallel to the blade instead of a perpendicular handle. It’s inexpensive and not really worth returning. And I may be able to cut the “T” off and improve the contact edge. So: The T edge isn’t smooth, it’s probably the wrong profile for easily sweeping water from glass. The blade is flexible so it’s probably going to be difficult to shave to make an absolutely smooth edge for effective use on glass.
