OSC Premium New Automotive Radiator is designed to OES form and function. OSC radiators are technically advanced and made from premium grade Alcoa aluminum. The tubes are cadmium plated inside and out to prevent premature failure. OSC does not substitute aluminum coolers in place of Stainless Steel plate or Copper and Brass concentric coolers and they use a die cut gasket to ensure there are no leaks. Each radiator is individually pressure tested and engineered for multi-fit without compromising the look and fit. All necessary fittings or hardware are included in each unit. All units meet OES cooler design with copper concentric coolers and plate coolers where originally equipped.

Not happy!
Bought the radiator March 11, 2018. Easy install. Exact fit. Four months later (July 12, 2018) the push-to-connect fitting for the transmission cooler line failed and dumped $75 worth of tranny fluid. I reconnected the line, replaced the fluid and took a very short drive to the Mechanic. He thinks the fitting is defective and can't be repaired or trusted to hold up on CA freeways or when towing. So, I will need to replace the radiator in my 2003 Ford Expedition (again).Even if the radiator is replaced by OSC for free (and it should be), I'll have to re-do the installation. And, I couldn't confidently trust another one of these radiators. I plan to install a seperate tranny cooler instead.

Update: well, we have a trans cooler leak :( i did not expect to have trouble and now i have to figure out how to file a warranty claim. Will update on the manufacturer response once I'm repaired.Good product. So far no issues in 2k miles. Looking forward to no leaks for many more miles.

I would highly recommend and give it five stars
This fixed my overheating problems. There was no comparison of quality and pricing with the local auto parts store. It worked for my 2003 Lincoln Navigator and it was cost effective solution. I would highly recommend and give it five stars.

Does NOT fit 2004 Ford/Lincoln
Not sure why this is showing as compatible with my '04 Navigator, but I had to return it. Save yourself the headache and look up the 06 instead.

less than 1% failure rating from manufacturer....Installed it 4 months ago and going strong.
shipped quickly. Installed easily, just have to use the existing mounting brackets from old radiator.
