I ordered the wiz pack as an Amazon warehouse buy and was sent a product missing 75% of the pieces. I returned it and wrote about what happenrd in my initial review and then ordered the product from playshifu's website directly.The company reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience that wasn't even their fault and then sent me the tunes kit as well. I'm so impressed with how above and beyond they've gone. I've recommended this to all of my friends and several have bought it and loved it as well! This AR style of learning is the perfect bridge between kids who want to play with screens and parents who want them to learn something. My son loves math but has never been interested in learning about letters until now and I'm so excited!

I was skeptical of how well this would work due to reviews but can say that I 100% love it. I used my child's Kindle Fire 7 and it had no problem recognizing it. I unboxed the 3 tools and downloaded the app. It was easy enough to set up each kids profile at their level and off we went. We started with the numbers one and they both enjoyed answering the questions and they got to choose which game to play. The link games are fun since they're more of a puzzle in trying to figure out how many links you need to complete the tasks and move on. Lastly we tired the spelling and I was impressed. We did the Jungles OKO game and it was great in having them try to figure out how to spell each animal. We've only used it today but I see more learning and fun using this! We have Osmo little genius as well and I wish I knew about this before I purchased it b/c I wouldn't have even bought the Osmo one.

Bought it for my son to help reinforce things they learn in school. He said they like it.

My husband and I were super impressed with how awesome this kit is! My son loves the links games and when he gets device time, he asks to play with Plugo! Absolute love educational games like this!!

First, the box for the gamepad arrived damaged (first two pics). I may have received a used kit from Amazon. Secondly, and even more importantly, the app isn't working on my kid's Fire HD 8 (10th generation) tablet. The initial setup doesn't get past syncing the kits. It stays on "Syncing Application Data" for about 10mins, then an error screen pops up saying "this internet network is not allowing us to connect with Shifu servers" (last two pictures). Clearly it's not my network because I am able to download the app and register my email for Plugo Parent & Educator over and over again, as part of the setup process. Great concept and I was excited to start using it with my two year old, but we couldn't even get past the initial setup. So I am returning it immediately.

My kids are obsessed with playing the Plugo! We bought one for our daughter, and our son was always jealous when she played so now we have two! They learn so much while playing it!

Several learning games that will be based on the child's age that you enter on start up. The game teaches you each step and in a way that a 5yo would understand. My nephew picked up on the games right away because the instructions were explained perfectly for his age.
