Recently reinjured my lower back (L1-L2). Can't take nsaids due to medical issues.This works like magic when sitting in my recliner: pain goes away in a short time.Neat feature is the strap that goes around the recliner, holding the support pillow in place when I move around. I have not had to ever readjust it!

I bought this after reading multiple reviews. I was aware it stuck out pretty far and you needed a deeper chair seat, which I have. I tried it that way and it gave some support, but not quite enough support where I needed it. I have a deep inward curvature in my waist/lower back area. When this seat cushion was positioned correctly I would get pain in my upper back mid day and my lower back later in the day, at which point working became next to impossible. However, I work 10-hour days so I really can't just "stop" when I start hurting. I went through the steps to return it and I was going to get a smaller profile back cushion, but before I returned it, I ended up turning it upside down and putting the smaller portion at the bottom and the wider portion at the top. That ended up being exactly the fix I needed. It provides enough support to my upper/mid back that it keeps my lower back from getting so fatigued. For reference, I'm 5'2" and I'm using a large leather office chair that is rated for 8-10+ hours of sitting. So if you have purchased this or purchase it in the future and decide it's not working for you when positioned correctly with the narrower side up and the wider side down, turn it upside down and try it that way before returning it. I canceled my return after I determined it worked okay for me once repositioned.

I think I'm supposed to fasten the cushion up higher, but I've just set it in my seat with the lower strap fastened, and I've been comfortable. I don't like that it reduces the amount of seat space I have (like to set my phone between my legs), but that's a Mazda design flaw, not the fault of this cushion.

I got this for my son for our last 13 hour road trip since he always complains that the seats are not comfortable. He loved it.

I've had severe back pains and this pillow came to my rescue. It fit my back perfectly and it's very comfortable.

The pillow seems well constructed and the adjustable straps are long enough to fit most office chairs or even a car seat. It's a bit thinner than similar cushions but it still works. I've only had a few days but so far, the memory foam bounces back immediately. The cover is a mesh material so it does not attract lint but there is a zipper in the back so it can be removed. I wish the straps were removable but that is a minor gripe.

I bought this for a friend with a bad back problem and he has told me it really helps support his back and is comfortable.

I have bought a few back support for my home office chair. I still get back ache with those products.I've only had this for a day but I'm loving it already! Super soft yet supportive. I work from home and tend to spend so many hours at my home office desk. I added this to my gaming chair and my chair is super comfortable to sit on now!

Not what I was expecting and does not fit your back very good therefore the support for me is not there.

This back rest is easy to move around to other seats.Is very supportive and eases the discomfort in the spine

It is better than the ordinary ones.Better than nothing.Pain still the same.I ordered another lumbar support for my back for my sofa.
