I got two of these and they work really good for the low price. A bit more feedback than I'd like but that's what I get for using two. They are only about 12ft apart on stage so that's on me. As long as I keep the gain at like half there's no feedback.

great product. I don't find anything flat about it's response but I love it's clarity and what I can do with what it picks up! Perfect mic for the $. who knows, maybe it really sounds like that 10' up! Using as blend for live recording, I pick up the house sound with this mic and lay the soundboard signal on top of it; with the right eq on this mic it makes for a great rich, clear mix. Without the eq it sounds like it's in a tube. update on review: In looking back, I think the mic has a perfectly flat response and it did sound really different 10' up in our venue where I had the mic hanging. I love the mic, it is very directional which means you can point it in a manner that avoids feedback and you can choose what you pick up with it. Great mic for the money.

Our church added livestream in 2020 but we were noticing you couldn't hear the sending prayer from the back of the church (we would process to the back where the un-mic'd assistant minister recites a sending prayer). We added this at the back and it's proven much more useful than just for the AM sending prayer. We used it for a choir concert we hosted and it really completed the audio experience for livestreamer viewers as the choir entered the sanctuary walking under this microphone and you could hear the individuals walk past singing which made the viewer feel like they were right there in the audience.

They pickup sound great. We used them in a church to be able to pickup questions during Bible study. Very happy with these.

Incredible. Incredibly sensitive too, low noise, but can pick up hums and vibrations and such from fans etc. As soon as I turned my fan off which was a good 30 feet away, I could hear my drumset crystal clear and the noise floor was very low. I put this in a high walled stairwell and it picks up the dark echo ambience very well. I should have gotten 2. *Update, just got a 2nd one*

Worst quality material delivered and delivery is extremely late

I purchased these to hang over a stage in a secondary school to supplement the existing centre stage microphones. Whilst, so far, I haven’t used them very much, the sound pickup is very good, as is the sound quality. The microphone is small and neat with a decent length of cable on them - plenty long enough for our needs. Unlike our existing microphones, the cable is terminated with a standard XLR plug (the existing ones have a transformer or similar built into the much bulkier XLR plug). This means that should the need arise, the plug can easily be re-terminated or replaced. My slight concern with these microphones is the hanging adapter that angles the microphone towards the sound source. Our existing ones have one made of a springy piece of wire which will take some abuse. These appear to be made of plastic which feels very flimsy, like it could break very easily given an enthusiastic user! Having said that, this is a minor issue - I would happily purchase these again should the need arise.
