They key is “airtight”… It will last 25-30 years in airtight containers. You can do this yourself by vacuum sealing jars or pouches. The person who advised adding bay leaves is 100% correct. Bay leaves (whole, dried) keep bugs out, if storing in non airtight container(s). I bought my wheat from LDS store online. 6/cs. Cheap and sealed in #10 cans.

Is this product doused with glyphosate or roundup prior to harvest?

They have answered above that the product is NOT treated organically. However, because it is non-GMO, I believe this implies that roundup is not compatible with the growing plants. The GMO breeding includes DNA changes that permit wheat plants to survive roundup. These would die.
