Men's Gale Boot

Even thought the price was reduced, I was a bit skeptical to buy boots that were $100. Well, they are well worth more than that. Great fit! Look amazing! Can go business casual, or casual, and they are sturdy. The stretchy material on the sides make putting them on and taking them off easy. The only thing that is kind of cheap is the loop on the back, but no one sees that, and it doesn't really seem to be necessary. Other than that, great traction and comfort, as wel\l as style.

I needed boots for all the snow we've had and these were very affordable for a brand name.However, they fit a little snug (width) compared to other boots with the same D width (normal width for most shoes). I'm a size 11.5.The boot has held up well for the 2 months I've worn it, except the finger grip to hold while sliding your foot in has pulled apart on both sides. I had sent mine back to exchange for replacement. No issues with that!I'll be more careful with the new set and hope they last me a good 3-5 years.

I work in a corporate job and these boots look dressy with khakis and laidback with jeans. I ordered size 13s and they fit perfectly. I normally wear 14-15 in Nike.

The boots were way to small for me in my usual boot size but besides that, it was very difficult working with the laces likely due to the fact that the lace holes have no reinforcement or grommets. It was hard to pull the laces in or out. In addition, when I put my first foot in the back of my heel was immediately in pain from some part of the boot digging into it. That in combination with the incredibly tight size made me not even try the other boot on and return them right away. I also ended up not liking the wine color accents, no thanks.

Quick shipment.The sizing as other has mentioned seemed about right - that is they were a size larger than expected. I ordered a size 10 and probably could have done a 9 - 9.5. That said, the extra room isn't uncomfortable nor does it make my feet seem unusually large.Some have mentioned that the material seem unnatural compared to typical leather, but personally I feel that its fine and adds a unique sense to the shoe. I ordered the Brown/Navy color pattern. The navy is darker than the picture shows so may not pop out at you apparently, especially if those parts are dirty.The construction seems reliable and have not have any trouble with the heel pull tab falling apart as someone had happened but perhaps that's due to being careful whilst dawning the shoe. I've used these boots in the wintry conditions already and so far so good.

These shoes look good, and the idea of lightweight rainproof boots is great. But that's where theirs pros end.The boots are cheaply made, and the loop on the back will rip after a few pulls. Mine ripped after 2 pulls.The biggest flaw is that these boots are very uncomfortable to wear. I tried both 10.5 and 11 (I normally wear a 10.5), and the 10.5s were unbearable while the 11s were also very uncomfortable and still hurt my feet. I ended up returning both pairs.

Love the burgundy outsole in combination with the medium-dark gray. Resists rain splendidly (and even more if you add a coat of water-repellent). The inside could be comfier but in my experience it's the same with all Calvin Klein shoes so you might want to substitute the inner sole eventually. The texture on the cap and the vamp changes direction giving it a nice delicate touch. I'm a 44 D (US = 11 M) almost B and the D fit me perfectly. If you have wide feet 'M' isn't for you.
