Toledo Goldfish Standard Fin Koi from, Variety of Colors and Patterns - Perfect for Ponds or Aquariums - 5-6 Inches, 25 Count

We ordered 5 of the 6 to 8 inch koi. We received the shipment quickly and actually received 7 koi of various colors in the shipment. I think we got a couple extra because a couple were a little smaller. But it's been about 2 months now and they are all doing excellent and growing nicely. Very happy with this purchase. It would be nice if you could specify the color you want. Other than that quite satisfied.

The fish arrived alive and healthy. Unfortunately, seven out of ten of them were mostly silver and white in color. I would have liked a bit more variety in color. I didn't receive one orange or yellow koi out of the ten I ordered.I would order from this company again, but I would be sure to contact them and request a variety of different colored fish in advance. I left it up to them to choose the fish and they gave me a batch of all very similar colored fish. Kind of disappointing.

My fish are in my pool and after a week they are all healthy and eating.I'm going to wait another 2 weeks and if everything is good I'm going to order another batch.Time passes...A couple of weeks later, my 3 older Koi one over 15 years old all died.None of my goldfish were affected just the 4 older Koi. No apparent signs of illness they just quit eating and a few days later all died within a few days of one another.Since I've bought fish from this seller before and because none of my gold fish even the older ones have died over the intervening time I've decided to order 5 more to replace the ones who died from them, I don't want to introduce fish from another source.But given the choice I would have not purchased the original ones if I'd known what would happen.I'm 82 and this will likely be my last Koi purchase.

I ordered standard Koi by mistake and as soon as I realized that I really wanted the butterfly koi I contacted Toledo Gold fish via email and they went to extra steps to make sure I got what I really wanted, I was so grateful for there understanding and efforts to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I've recommended them to friends and have no problem explaining my experience all my fish arrived healthy and are swimming happily now six months since purchased.

Well two most important things fish have a parasite which is my whole pond also they were almost dead when I got them I was able to save them after a few days of flashing and being stressed out I started losing a few koi My water was tested 3 times not very happy because I s my water was tested three times spent good money hoping the company would send new replacements for the 4 Koi I lost Other than that the koi are beautiful fish most definitely were stressed out definitely had a parasite I’m sure this doesn’t happen all the time open not to lose any more koi I had to buy treatment to treat my whole pond which I’ve had my fish for over 25 years I am a koi hobbyist and I can honestly say company does not replace the koi I will not advise purchasing from this company

Just ordered a couple days ago and this morning my large box of koi showed up on my steps. I ended up getting 20 4-5 inch Koi, cause basically the price was what I would pay for a 2-3 inch koi in the pet store.I received what appear to be very healthy nice fish. Well packaged for travel. Simple directions to follow to prep for release into my pond. More or less you just float the bag in the water and allow time for the water temps to balance out. Then let them out.The only con to the purchase was selection as I could not hand pick the ones I wanted. But getting a 6 inch koi for about $5 rather than $40 at the pet store is the trade off.I did receive some darker koi that had silver trim on their heads and body. Looking down they looked like skeletons in the water. It took a second to figure out that actually was very cool. I am happy with the selections made for me overall because wow, what a great price.I would purchase again from these guys without question. They have a good replacement policy for doa fish, but I didn't have any. Everybody showed up healthy and happy to have a big pond to swim in.Update 9/1/20 all but two are dead. I have also lost another dozen existing fish who had been in there for years. I am waiting to see what they will do? One of the 20 fish purchased was jumping out of the water on the first day. Didn't know what that meant. Now I do. parasites have slowly gone through the two ponds I put these koi in and killed about 1 a day. You expect to lose a few fish, but this has gone on for a month where everyday a new dead fish. I looked it up and the description of what the fish were doing pointed to parasites.I have ordered treatment and will dose both ponds( a third pond is fine, but I didn't add these koi to it) and hope to clean up before I restock. I am hoping these folks do me right on this. We'll see I contacted them a day ago. Nothing yet.update 9/7/20 They are sending more koi along with my reorder. I notified them past their 30 day window. The ne batch will be quarantined for several days first. The two ponds in question have been dosed with medication and the remaining koi seem to be fine now. Watch for any unnatural behavior by your order. It would be wise to isolate first and see what happens than lose so many fish as I did. The company was pretty great with all this and I think their offer was fair. They are replacing half the order.

Received 1 extra fish, total of 4 koi fish. 1 was all white, 1 mostly orange with black markings, and 2 mostly white with black markings. All fish were alive, one is not as active though, I don't think that one will make it. They are getting along well with my existing fish in the tank. There were instructions included and packaged well. Only reason I won't give it 5stars is because of the lack of color varity. I wish there was 1 all gold koi. Overall experience was good, will buy again in the future.

Nice, healthy koi fish. Exactly as described and packaged with care. Koi of this size would have cost 20%+ more at a pet store, so I'm very pleased with the value. Customer service was great as well: I requested light colored fish, and that's what I recieved. Not all koi were the "prettiest" fish in terms of coloration and pattern, but several were very pretty and unique.Five weeks later and all koi are still healthy and thriving! I'd recommend these to anyone looking to quickly and affordably stock a small to medium koi pond.
