Do not use as car seat
Got this as a car seat for my 2 year old. We had a tough time fitting it in the car, so we decided to remove the existing seat in the car and mount the Osaki 3D Pro Cyber Zero Gravity Massage Chair. Our child had a tough time fitting in the chair, so eventually we returned it and purchased a more affordable car seat. I’m not sure how the massage features work - we only used it as a car seat and I do not reccomend that.

Good product, but not perfect.
It is a nice chair and worth the money. It delivers a pretty good massage compared to the other models my wife and I tried; it feels even better than the more expensive ones, such as Inada Sogno. However, there is one problem that significantly worsens the experience and separates this device from perfection - the advertised Computer Body Scan feature does not actually work (or works poorly). The product description says that the feature "allows for the rollers to map the back curvature with even more accuracy, which translates into a more precise massage hitting all the key areas". In reality, the computer does a pretty poor job following your body curvature - the massage is very intense in the low back and shoulder areas, while pretty weak in the middle and neck area.My impression (I am an engineer) is that the mechanical part of the chair design is done well and the rollers can actually move in all directions in a pretty wide range. You can set the rollers manually with the 3D button in the "spot" and "zone" modes to a comfortable position in any area of your back and neck, so the mechanical side works great. However, the computer (or its software) does not fully utilize the chair's mechanical capabilities resulting in the product operation being less than optimal. As it often happens, good hardware - poor (or unfinished) software. I wish the manufacturer offered firmware updates like lots of the other devices in our home have.Despite the above-mentioned flaw, you can still get a pretty good massage if you get used to this chair and its programs - move your body away from the rollers when they get too rough and lean down to feel the rollers better. You can also adjust the strength and intensity with the remote controller, however the settings are only good for the current session and cannot be saved - another shortcoming of this design. Alas, this is all you can get from today's technology at this price...

Amazing but cheaply made
This massage chair comes with an amazing amount of air bags and incredible deep tissue rollers. However, it is cheap, malfunctions, and breaks. One of the air bags in my right arm compartment never worked. There would be times the machine wouldn’t turn on randomly and I’d have to turn it on/off.. sometimes more than once. I have now had it just over a year and the entire foot compartment is toast. Doesn’t move in and out to adjust for your feet, doesn’t massage, doesn’t tuck when the machine is off like it used to. The craziest thing? The rollers in the foot compartment have turned on randomly - when the machine is off. Nothing fixes the creepiness and brokenness of this chair. I am so sad because I need deep deep tissue and this was the most hard core chair I could find. But it doesn’t really works the whole thing has deteriorated in a year… I used it a lot in the beginnibn, but less now. Absolutely no reason for this poor performance :(

but I recommend this chair for any hospital/LTC/SNF/etc purely for how amazingly ...
I admit I am not a purchaser, but I have used this same exact model at my workplace because patient's family have bought one and donated the chair after the patient's passing. I'm only a CNA, but I recommend this chair for any hospital/LTC/SNF/etc purely for how amazingly thorough it massages and circulates the muscles in a person's body. My stuff Alzheimer's residents really benefit from this chair; it moves the glutes up and down, rotates balls up and down the spine, does wonders on the lower back (I read a previous Q&A; did you know you're not supposed to feel pain during a massage? If you feel any pain in a particular area when relaxing your muscles, it means that area is where you are most tense and it's finally being worked at), firm but not too concentrated on the area. You can switch levels of intensity, vibrations underneath, heat on your lower back, and different reclines. I adore the air compressions on the feet, thighs, and wrist/hands because I do a lot of walking on concrete floors and don't treat myself to hand massages or anything; in my work, who has time? For patients who get too stiff when they decline in health, range of motion can only do so much, especially for dementia and Alzheimer's where mobility is taken. This deeply massages in the muscles and would be a great to anyone. If I had 6K in pocket change, this would be my bed.

Broken within 3 weeks.
Love the features, 3D is a must have for massage chairs. Construction is too weak. The footrest is not light. There is a label saying not to apply weight on the footrest. So we have been extra careful, making sure we do not apply our weight on the footrest before we are seated in the chair. We have used this chair for about 3 weeks, did not buy through Amazon. Woke up this morning and found one side of the footrest has come apart. The thing was held up by 2 screws and screws can undo themselves. We are returning this.

Just bought one yesterday at an Osaki retail store
I just bought one of these at an Osaki retail store for $2700 brand new which included sales tax and delivery+assembly. I cannot wait to get it and start using it. I sat in the one in the store for a complete 30 minute program and really liked it. Of course the price made it a no brainer.
