Great value camera, if the lighting is good, the video quality is great

This is a nice, simple webcam. The shiny black front matches nicely with my monitor and it doesn't stand out too much or look out of place.Connection is simple; plug it in and it works straight out the box on Windows 10.The camera image is good. It's clearly wide-screen, so does seem to distort a little around the edges, however the picture is clear and it seems to work OK in low light.This works great with programmes like Skype.My only negative observations are that the Mou ting base would be better with an adhesive surface. I've used some double sided tape myself to stop it moving around. The ball joint the camera sits on is also quite loose, so it easily moves if knocked.Other than the above minor issues, I'm quite impressed with this camera and can now enjoy Skype calls on my home pc. Definitely a recommended camera.

Good camera for price easy setup ideal for my mini computer

Says it works with Linux - camera does, microphone doesn't. Zoom meetings unusable, will send and record a video but sound quality is zero. Great if you wanna make a silent film... For this price I couldn't be bothered to send it back. Will keep it & find a use for it somewhere I expect.

Camera worked for video on ny android TV (Sony Bravia) but not audio.

This is a reasonable quality webcam, better than some and not as good as others. It’s not as good quality as my previous HD webcam, but does have decent sound and picture, certainly good enough for home working at the moment. Works well with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.It’s easy to set up as it’s plug and play, so no complaints there. But I do have one bug bear and that is that it doesn’t come with a supplied privacy guard so you can close off the camera. That seems a big oversight to me, as that’s rather essential in my view, as you don’t want to unwittingly be on camera when you’re not aware of it - well I don’t anyway!I think the price point is a bit in the expensive side for the quality and features, but it does do the job. So this is just OK for me, but could be slightly better and should definitely come with an external privacy guard!

This is a good quality, versatile webcam. It comes with a permanently attached 1.5m of USB cable and was plug and play on a Windows 10 machine. The mount isn’t spring-loaded, instead it relies on grippy, rubbery inserts to grip, I found it worked fine on a laptop and even fitted an all-in-one computer. There’s also a tripod thread on the base, I’ve shown it fitted on an OctoPad. Picture quality is good, there’s noticeable curvature at the edges but the centre is crisp and clear and the sound is good enough for zoom and video calls. I actually use it plugged into a USB 3.0 hub which has individually switched sockets so privacy isn’t an issue as I just switch it off. A decent webcam.

Für die aktuelle Situation benötigte ich für Bewerbungen eine Webcam. Hierbei war mir wichtig, dass diese auch ein Mikrofon enthält, weil teilweise mein altes Mikro aussteigt.Die Homiee vereint diese Funktionen und liefert darüber hinaus ein tolles breites Bild was eine schöne Tiefe vermittelt. Das Bild ist in HD und ist absolut lag frei, auch zu heile Punkte im Bild werden automatisch korrigiert und Farben gestochen scharf dargestellt. Das Mikrofon ist ebenfalls rauschfrei und liefert ein klares Klangergebnis (getestet mit Freundin).Die Installation ist denkbar einfach, USB einstecken, Windows erkennt die Kamera automatisch und innerhalb weniger Sekunden ist diese dann mit Mikro nutzbar.Hat perfekt meinen Bedarf erfüllt und ich konnte dadurch im Bewerbungsgespräch punkten.

Super einfache und schnelle Installation, klares und gutes Bild.....aber leider sehr schlechter Ton. Für Videokonferenzen nicht brauchbar. Ging daher wieder zurück.
