Strong and easy to use - perfect to protect my outside plugs that were exposed to the weather
I needed something to protect the end plugs on some roof ice wires I had installed this spring. These are perfect! I got another brand at a hardware store but they did not work - I could not get them to close. Searched Amazon for a better solution. These are AMAZING - they are straightforward to use, and very effective at being a good tight fit to protect my plugs from snow and rain. They are a little big but that is ok. Definitely recommend these - good value and heavy duty protection. Should last a long time.

Outdoor safety cover for mating extension cords
These extension cord safety covers are good, however, too small for larger plugs. These are good for joining outdoor Christmas light strings and light duty extension cords.

Did what it's supposed to do !
WORKS AMAZING at keeping what needs to be dry ! Better instructions would have given this a 5. maybe the instructions were missing . IT DID ITS JOB !

Difficulty to assemble
Even with the difficulty of assembly that work well to keep water off of this connections little small too for multiple outlet connections but it doesn't claim to be able to do those probably have to buy a bigger one for those connections

Works decently with fairly light plug. Overall good
As other reviews mentioned the gaskets on the ends aren’t separated when received. They are cut but not all the way through so you have to separate them and then put them in the slot where they belong. Not a big deal but can be confusing.I needed this for a fairly light plug that the first one had already gone bad due to water. I was able to force the fairy plug into this box and it worked pretty well as shown in the picture. There was a little water inside when I took the lights down, but that’s probably due to the fairly light cord being smaller than the gasket opening.Be careful not to lose the gasket or plastic cord holders inside when opening outside. The plastic cord holders can come out as well. Overall this did the job for me and it wasn’t really designed for these so I gave it 5 stars although overall there could be improvement. But for the price I feel it’s a good buy.

Clunky but Effective!
IQ test to open them. A bit bulky but they do keep the damp out up here in the PNW!

Got the job done!
These were the best thing to use while I decorated the front of y house. I needed them to shield my plugs from the rain and snow and it did the job.
