Good replacement part

Needed slight adjustment
Arrived quickly. Just needed a little adjustment. Had to rub with sand paper & drill small hole to make it like the one in my tap. Wasn't much of a problem & is working perfectly.

Little too big inner ring
Inner holes diameter is slightly too big and teeth barely catching. Had to use little bit aluminium foil in between to pack the gap. Hope this helps someone.

Solved our leaking tap
This product came really quickly and solved our leaking tap. Great value and was exactly what I ordered.

Partially worked
The original Franke spline has a groove to allow the grub screw to hold the tap handle firmly in place, when the valve is in the fully closed position. This replacement doesn't have this groove and so - with my Franke Bern tap - the tap handle is not securely held. I have discussed this with the supplier and they have suggested using a pointed grub screw (the original is cupped) as a fix, and I am also considering drilling a small rebate.
