This is not your every day coloring book. While there are not a lot of pages, each one is printed on a textured surface like very nice sketch or water color paper. There is nothing printed on the back. The lines are printed very light. The back cover is heavy cardboard so you don't need any other backing when coloring. I would buy this product again.

This 16 page book is overly large compared to other coloring books. It is over 12 inches long and fairly wide as well. I found this made it somewhat inconvenient to work with.The paper is textured, which tends to mute the color of markers and gives an effect slightly like watercolors. The pages are quite thick, and you will not have to worry at all about bleed through. The pictures are on only one side of the page as well. The binding is very poor and the pages mostly came loose.The pictures are very well drawn and the dresses are absolutely gorgeous. There are some small details on the dresses that would be too difficult for a younger child. This is a coloring book for older children, teens and adults.

This is my 3rd Pepin Van Roojen coloring book. I love the size and the designs for "grownup" art work! Colored pencils work best for this texture of paper but I prefer colored pens and markers.

Just what I wanted..would like to see more like this!

Excellent book. Paper quality is super for using water colour paints. Images are so good that once painted could be framed. Great size book too.

I love this colouring book. Large beautiful pictures on quality paper. One of the best around.
