Naturally Grown Walnut Oil, 16.9 Oz. (500ml) Tin Can, Made in France

Tastes great. Walnut is good for brain, and hair. Tin isn't the best container, healthwise, so transfer to dark glass, and keep out of direct light. All oils are best kept in dark glass containers and stored out of direct sunlight.

The packaging is crap. The can arrived with the top disengaged from the can and leaking oil everywhere; I only got a little under 7 ounces out of this 16.9 ounce can, purchased for making soap. A couple of weeks later upon retrieving it to make some soap, the oil was already smelling rancid. To add insult to injury, the top of the can is a plug, not a cap covering a spout, so when pouring, it runs all over the top of the can and down the side. I can't understand how the people who gave us some of the world's finest cuisine, wines, cookware and knives could have produced something as poorly offered as this product, and I will not be buying it again until I see a change in the container, if that ever happens.
