Q: Is it worth the price? Or should I stick with something cheaper?

I splurge on this! I live in southwest Colorado and my hair has become so dry and this conditioner is well worth it!

Q: What is the difference between the hydrate line and hydrate sheer line?

Hi there! The Hydrate Line deeply hydrates normal to thick dry, color-treated hair. While Hydrate Sheer is lightweight and hydrates fine dry, color-treated hair.

Q: How do I open the shampoo (and conditioner)bottle?

It opens on the side of the cap. Opposite of the lever. It used to be easy but lately it's very hard to open. But I absolutely love this conditioner!!
