Trading Card Display Frame for 9 cards Black Frame Black Matting

If you are looking at this frame because you want a high quality, low cost frame to display 9 playing/trading cards, look no further. I waited a long time to buy a frame, looking for one which was a decent enough quality not to regret my choice. I was slightly hesitant to lay out fifty bucks for a frame I could not see, but I am highly satisfied with this unit. I am mounting MTG cards, but any card(s) of standard size, including sports card, etc., will fit perfectly, having a very small border which keeps the card(s) off the glass. There are defined "zones" cut in the matte in which the cards sit, and they can move (very slightly), but they do not move out of the zone they are placed in. Also, there is no need for adhesive of any type, a major concern of mine when it came to mounting these cards. The design of this frame is highly functional, and of superior quality. I am very happy to have bought this frame. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to display cards, even valuable ones, without laying out big bucks.

The structure of the frame is fantastic and very true to that sports card display look. It seemed perfectly assembled. I love the guiding "slots" for the cards to be placed so that I didn't have to worry about extra work taping them in place. Great frame!

This frame is perfect!

You have to remove at least 40 prongs, make sure the glass does not fall out from the cardboard cheap material they use to make more profit on you. Or else the glass might shatter, luckily mine was already cracked, and as i removes the layers, as i tried putting the glass back in, the glass would not fit because of the way the prongs had to be opened. And then the crack got worse and snapped with little force caused by the budget material. A truly terribly designed product and I hope no one males the mistake of buying this product ever again. I will take down this review once I get my refund.

I was expecting some sort of backing that allowed you to slip the cards into that would hold them in place. Nothing of the sort exists. This means you either have to tape the cards in place, or come up with some other solution on your own. Not acceptable. The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the frame is very nice looking. The matting is nice as well. Pretty - yes. Functional - no.

Not sure about UV Protection.
