A must have for sore muscles!
This was a complete game changer for me. I was paying for a gym membership but could only go 1-2 times per week because all the other days were spent having extremely sore muscles and I didn’t want to put strain on my body. I got this thinking why the heck not, and it was a miracle. I primarily use the long black roller and keep it in my gym bag so I can roll my muscles before leaving the gym, and I take the small roller (the handheld one with the rolling ball on top, not the spiky ball) with me on the go just to manage muscle tightness. It’s like I have a new body. I wasn’t expecting much from this product, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. If you suffer from sore muscles after the gym, or even tight muscles, you MUST buy this!

Good for self-massage and exercise
I bought this self-massage set along with a massage gun in order to do more self-massage so as not to have to pay for expensive professional massage. And while the kit does help, it is no replacement for a professional massage.I sometimes use the massage stick to massage myself, especially my lower back. I use the foam roller for some strengthening exercises. I use the little foot roller to massage my feet (rarely). The other little doodads I have not used so much, perhaps just out of ignorance or laziness? Or maybe they are just too obscure to be useful. All and all I would recommend this reasonably priced kit to those interested in self-massage. Although I haven't used it constantly, I'm still glad it's there for a little bit of extra self-love. Also, I am still interested in learning how to use this kit better. It does come with some basic instructions which are helpful, but personally I might need a personal trainer or more in-depth instructions to use all of these doodads to their greatest potential. Something to keep in mind. All and all I am happy with my purchase, even though I have yet to put these self-massage tools to full use. Thanks for reading and good luck!

Good value for price!
I got this set mainly for the double handled massager with rollers. My boyfriend suffers from an IT band issue and I was hoping this and the foam roller would help him with that. It definitely did, so I'm happy with my purchase. The smaller elements (balls and double-ended rolly thing) I'm still figuring out how best to use...but they do include a laminated instruction booklet that gives you ideas of how to use the different pieces in the set. Overall, I'd say the quality of the individual pieces is better than I expected for the price. The large foam roller is Styrofoam of some kind which I was worried about initially, but it has zero give and seems to be holding up really really well. Recommend.

Love This Kit
I paid $27.99 for this kit and I am very happy with my purchase for that price. I use all of the items but definitely have my go-tos. The foam roller is about as wide as a typical person. It is not one of the really long ones like at some gyms or physical therapy locations. Also use caution with the red roller ball that's attached to the black handle. It pinched me more than once if there looser skin.

Game changer!
I had forgotten about foam rollers until I've been recently suffering from charley horses. A friend lent me a foam roller, which worked well. Then I ordered this set online, and it's amazing for "rolling" them out before I get another charley horse. Thank you, I will be ordering another set for a family member.

Helps with sciatica and bursitis
As a middle-aged runner, I struggle with sciatica (piriformis muscle related), as well as bursitis. The foam roller and massage stick me keep moving day after day. They're part of my routine twice every day. Highly recommended.

Set of five massage with instructions
This set comes with five types of massage tools along with a set of instructions on possible ways to use them. Unfortunately, the instructions show a small foam roller when what you get is a huge firm foam roller that measures 6" thick and 17.5" inches wide. Perhaps people with experience with this type of roller can better know how to use it. You also get a 19" long plastic stick with rolling cylinders on it. You grasp the handles on each end and roll it over the sore spot. There is a textured rubber foot roller that is 6.5" long with 2.5" tall wheels. There is a spiky, hard plastic ball about 3" across that looks like a dryer ball. Finally, my favorite, a smooth, rotating ball in a handle that is comfortable to hold on to. You roll this over sore muscles to create a massage. I don't really use the dryer ball and huge foam roller, but I have used all of the rest of them and they work well.
