Not much you can say about a NRP mast, but these work as advertised. I've used them on four different job sites now. They arrive in a timely manner. Sometimes the cardboard is a little beat up, but really, who cares? I assume that's what you get when you ship a bunch of heavy metal slats in a square cardboard tube. I've never had any missing hardware or damaged pieces. I would buy them again, and most certainly will the next time we have a roof-mounted AP install.

I have been in the Engineering Field for 31 years! This is a terrible product. Nothing lines up and I would never recommend this contraption to anyone. To make matter worse, no individual video instructions available on the internet to help the average consumer because it is a engineered disaster. Product has no value and you are basically on your own after your purchase. SAD but TRUE! I will have to redesign this on my own. And I thought I would save some time purchasing this one.

Bolt heads and nuts are 1/2". Recommend having a 1/2" wrench handy. A ratcheting one worked nicely for this.Designed only for flat roof, not angled. There is no pole angle adjustment. It is completely fixed vertically.To make the device non-penetrating weights are used to hold down the frame such as concrete blocks.The legs are mounted to the outside of the frame making the leg tabs vertical.All under and exterior sides should have the head of the bolt exposed as to not cause damage to the roof.Washers should be placed on the same side as the locking nuts.Do not try to use channel locks or vice grips on the bolts as that will strip the galvanized coating off the bolts.Would be 5/5 if the instructions had images or video instructions available.
