Clean water and easy setup
This water filter works great! It was super easy to install and started working right away. The taste of the water improved instantly — no more chlorine or weird aftertaste. It gives me peace of mind knowing the water is cleaner and safer. For the price, it’s a great deal and lasts a good amount of time. I’ll definitely keep buying this one for future replacements. Highly recommend!

Great product, even greater customer service
I have absolutely loved having this in my kitchen sink. It does exactly what you expect from it, enjoy clean filtered water with ease. I love how easy it is to install by just connecting it to the cold water valve under the sink and the taste of the water is great as well. It is nice to know that the water I'm consuming at home is free of any contaminants and is safe to drink for my family. I did have an issue about 10 months into my purchase where I began to hear noises coming from under my sink and the cold water stopped flowing. I emailed customer service and they were so helpful. Robbie Li was the representative who assisted me and I could not ask for a nicer and professional interaction. Robbie was prompt to tell me that my problem was that the head was clogged and he immediately arranged for a new unit to be sent to my house. Afterwards, Robbie checked in to see if everything was okay and that the installation went well. I've honestly never had such a good experience with the customer service of a company like I had with Waterdrop. If you ever face a problem with your filter don't hesitate to contact their customer service they are phenomenal.

Game-Changer for Our Tap Water!
Installing this under-sink water filter was one of the best kitchen upgrades we’ve made. The water tastes noticeably cleaner and fresher — no weird aftertaste, just crisp and pure. It’s been great for drinking, cooking, and even making coffee taste better.Setup was pretty straightforward (even for someone who’s not super handy), and it doesn’t take up much space under the sink. It feels good knowing we’re cutting down on bottled water and saving money in the long run. Highly recommend if you want better water without the fuss of countertop filters!

Great Filtration, but Water Pressure Takes a Hit
I've been using the Waterdrop 15UA Under Sink Water Filter System for a few weeks now, and I'm overall quite pleased with it. The water tastes noticeably better, and I appreciate the reduction in chlorine and other contaminants. However, the one downside I've noticed is a significant decrease in water pressure.Pros:Excellent water quality: The filter effectively removes chlorine, sediment, and other impurities, resulting in cleaner, fresher-tasting water.Easy installation: The system is designed for DIY installation, and the included instructions make it straightforward to set up.Long filter life: Each filter cartridge lasts up to 24 months or 16,000 gallons, reducing the need for frequent replacements.Affordable price: Compared to some other under-sink filter systems, the Waterdrop 15UA is a budget-friendly option.Cons:Reduced water pressure: The most noticeable drawback is the decrease in water pressure. While it's still usable, it's definitely a trade-off for cleaner water.Overall:If you're looking for a reliable and affordable under-sink water filter that significantly improves water quality, the Waterdrop 15UA is a good choice. However, be aware that you may experience a decrease in water pressure.Additional Tips:If water pressure is a major concern, you might consider a different type of filter system, such as a reverse osmosis system.Regularly check the filter cartridge and replace it as needed to maintain optimal water flow and filtration.I hope this review is helpful!

Easy install.
Yes, this diminishes water flow, but only for cold water, so it's not an issue.Easy to install, works good, no more chlorine smell in my city water.

I love mine, for cooking coffee. It tastes so much better.
Be sure you know which filter you are choosing. So many models are confusing. The UF remove some pfas but the UA doesn't.I had to write and clarify that with the manufacturer.I love mine. It's still got great high water flow.Still Tastes great. It's only been 1.5 years and mine is the 2 year model. The refill cartridges are all interchangeable. My son installed it very quickly and easily.I definitely recommend this under-sink filter.I'm Going to get the refrigerator inline model now. So my cold drinking water will be double filtered.

An excellent product that certainly improves the water taste and quality.
The filter certainly performs very well and eliminates the "funky" taste of our water prior to installing the unit. Installation was fairly simple, considering that working beneath a sink is never enjoyable. I did have to purchase an adapter to join the feeder line to the faucet as the fitting on the feeder line was not compatible with the faucet fitting and that's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars..
