Q: Is the Peri Frost color more like a lilac or silver color?? I can't tell by pic.

More like a pale lilac. I love it. I think it is very pretty.

Q: In numbers what size is a 1X?

Size 1X will fit someone who wears size 18-20.

Q: Is this night gown see thru or does it have open areas where the lace is? I would like to wear it in the mornings while I make breakfast.

I have the black gown. The lace on the top is see through. The bottom is a little see through to where you would see a silhouette of your legs, but not underwear color.

Q: I live in the tropics....would this be too warm?

The fabric is very light and cool. I think it would be very comfortable. I bought mine to wear in the summer.
