Excellent, modern well written, well paced plus the LISTENING is freely available online
I don't like the older ENGLISH FILE books but this "Fourth edition", Advanced, 2020, is excellent. I can make a three hour lesson out of just one page. And the listening and video is easily accessed for free on their website. As good as the best INNOVATIONS series (which are now over ten years old and becoming irrelevant to real life).

Purchased for use in English conversation lessons. The content is quite difficult for me, but there are lots of idioms in the book that I don't know, which is good.
