It's a Good Supplement for Migraine Prevention
I do keep this on hand at work, just in case. However, so far it has not provided relief from the migraines I experience. I already take riboflavin daily to help with prevention and in some way, taking this instead of tylenol gives a dose of psychosomatic relief. Frankly speaking...I most likely will not purchase it again but I also did not expect a miracle from it. Just because it doesn't work for me does not mean it will not work for you. Just be realistic with your expectations.

My neurologist recommended
Although my neurologist recommended these for my migraine headaches, I cannot use them because they contain ibuprofen. I can't take that because of my kidneys.
