Excellent quality dry box for photo equipment
I always wanted a Japanese brand dry box and I am glad that I can order one from Japan. Very good quality, seals very tight. It is large and good size for me to store bunch of very old photo equipment to avoid fungus/mold. The humidity gauge is a nice feature. One negative is that shipping charge is very high. I never heard the brand Nakabayashi but Hakuba also makes dry boxes but they are not available in US. Hakuba already distributes lots of photo equipment in US so I hope they will add this item to cut the shipping cost.

Useful box, useless hygrometer
It's doing a fine job of keeping my 3D plastic filament dry, thanks to its rubber seal and tightly clipped lid (as well as the desiccant that I'm using), but you wouldn't know it from reading the included hygrometer. It started out claiming about 35% humidity inside and has since climbed to nearly 50%. Meanwhile, a reliable, calibrated hygrometer of my own reads between 15 and 17%. The outside room isn't even running as damp as this thing claims, so basically, the included hygrometer is junk. Just ignore it, and you'll be happy enough with the box.

Great service
I have been looking for another dry box but it was difficult to find a good one. After poking around Amazon for a long time and I finally found this. I think the overall cost to get this box is very reasonable. I'll probably need another one 6 months from now. :)
