I’m a teacher. I sharpen A LOT of pencils. Last year I bought a cheaper version of an electric sharpener and it went through so many batteries and it didn’t last the year. This one is worth the money- really fast and works well! Love it!

This is a neat little device but it just died after the second time I used it. I tried to return it but Amazon states that it cannot be returned after 30 days (I have had it 5 weeks) and that I must contact the manufacturer directly. More trouble than its worth.

One of the best sharpeners around.

I do a lot of artwork and need to sharpen pencils quite frequently, so thought an electric sharpener would be good. This worked well at first, but after a few months, pencils started coming out with lopsided tips and it was taking longer to sharpen them. The so-called, ultra-durable blade had worn down on one side and the sharpener is now useless to me. I have got more use from a hand sharpener that costs £2 from the corner shop.

Bought in June 2024 and have used for 6 months but now won’t sharpen my pencils. It still makes the same noise but pencils come out untouched or even blunter. Complete waste of £30 as I cannot get a replacement blade and the seller just ignores my requests for help

the hole for putting the pencils in could easily catch a child’s finger in it.the unit has no “turn power off” button for some reason and has to be left on at all times which seems dangerous to me!
