Taste really nice and I've noticed a differenceI was worried that these would smell and taste really disgusting, but once I opened the bottle the smell was actually quite pleasant, sweet and sour. Taste is quite nice too and it’s not just totally sweet like the other brands. The taste of the apple is really nice and doesn’t taste rotten. Have been taking them for over a week now and the effect is already apparent I have a lot more energy and appetite has definitely been lessened. I would highly recommend

I started drinking apple cider vinegar and absolutely hated the taste but continued to do it because it is healthy. Now I eat 3 of these jellies a day and it has the same effect except that the jellies are delicious and sometimes I feel like having more than 3 a day but discipline is key

I had been taking these for a while but stopped recently as kept having stomach cramps. Will try again in future. Strange apple taste but palatable. Easily chewable.

I'll get my niggles out of the way first: from the product description on Amazon - "Our Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies container contains 60 gummies which will last for a month at least..." Not quite true. If the directions on the bottle are followed (take 1-2 gummies up to 3 times per day, for a maximum of 6 gummies each day), the contents could last for as short a time as 10 days. I don't like misleading claims, so this one had to be highlighted. Another irritation is the inclusion of cane sugar and glucose syrup as the two main ingredients. Cane sugar is better than refined white sugar, at least, as it still contains some nutrients and has a slightly lower glycaemic index than its refined counterpart, but to include ANY kind of sugar AND horrific glucose syrup in a health supplement is reckless. There's no need for it. The gummies include fruit juice, vegetable juice, beetroot powder and pomegranate powder lower down their ingredients list. More of those healthy ingredients could have been used, and the sugar and glucose syrup could have been left out.Now to the pros. The apple cider vinegar in the gummies still contains "the mother" - the special bacteria that make ACV so beneficial. The aforementioned fruit juices, vegetable juices, beetroot powder and pomegranate powder have benefits of their own. The gummies taste good, which is a perk, but, as I've said many times before, supplement manufacturers should focus on quality and purity, not on flavour. This supplement is vegan friendly, so that's a plus. All supplements should be cruelty free.All in all, this is a decent supplement with some major flaws. Room for improvement.It's much cheaper and more beneficial for me to continue to drink raw unpasteurised Aspall apple cyder vinegar (with "the mother") every day, as I've been doing for years, rather than ordering more of these gummies.

These gummies taste great! Apple Cider Vinegar really helps me with my acid reflex but taking a shot of apple cider makes me gag. I’m super happy that these gummies are as beneficial as a strait shot of apple cider vinegar. I recommend to anyone that has acid reflex or frequent stomach aces. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night.

The taste, smell and flavour is 100% of what you get with the apple cider vinegar drink itself, so this proves that there is genuine acv in the gummies.I’m on my third week with these gummies and have shed around 8lbs which is really surprising.It also has helped with my digestion and reflux, specially at nights, now I get a better night sleep thanks to these gummies.I started with 4-6 gummies a day and reduced by one gummy after each week, so just taking one now.

Taste to me was to strong at start but, loved them by the end, felt fuller for longer and little energy boast
