I always use a water bath for my cheesecakes so I wrapped this with two layers of heavy duty tin foil (a layer in two directions). The only pan I could find to fit this in was my broiler pan, but for my next one I will buy the 13 in. pan someone suggested. My recipe said not to try moving it off the bottom of pan, but with Daddios cake lifter it was no problem to move it to a cake plate. Now I want to buy other sizes of this pan.

The recipe I was using called for "11" but I think that was exterior. The finished product looked nothing like the image in the recipe. It worked, but it was not as high and fluffy. Pan is great; I just need to adjust recipes to the size.

Leaked with the first use. I was making cheesecake and it leaked all over my oven making a huge effing mess. I had more cheesecakes to make but now I'm spending my time cleaning my oven

This is a fantastic spring form. Used it to bake old-fashioned apple pie. I like the height of this brand because it allows me to generously add streusel. It feels sturdy, industrial quality. I like that it does not have chemicals in it. It is easy to clean. I was concerned about leaking, but it absolutely didn't. Am going to buy one more and get rid of my old spring forms that have anti-stick.
