I liked this book , very much it is very easy to learn about body language.thanks. I recomended.

I have read several books on body language and this one is by far the best. There must be hundreds of subtle gestures, movements, and postures that tell others who we are and what we are thinking. The author does a masterful job of listing many of the most common body movements and interpreting what they mean.In this book he covers interpretation of traits, making a good impression, first impressions, the power of touch, body language in business, the body language of love and romance, how to improve your body language and how to spot a liar. I especially enjoyed the chapter on touch. There are a lot of unwritten rules about one's personal space, when and where it is appropriate to touch the other person, and how a touch at the right time can raise a person's spirits. I like his thoughts on how a person who does not have much touch in their lives can fill tlhis need by going for a massage. For single people, this is one culturally acceptable way of getting the touch they need without being inappropriate. There are also many subtle rules about where and when intimate touching is appropriate, and then there is the body language of flirting and romance.I also found the chapter on first impressions fascinating. People make up their minds about you within seconds of meeting you. Your body language and demeanor has everything to do with this. Sometimes you are saying one thing and your body language is saying another. Usually the unspoken message of the body is the one that is the most accurate. I give this book 5 stars.
