Best ankle weights ever!!!
I've owned several pairs of ankle weights, but these are by far the best. The velcro is very wide and very sticky, so they stay totally secure. No slipping around the ankle. I'm on my feet all day walking around, so I wear them under my scrub pants to get exercise while at work. They're so comfortable I don't even notice I'm wearing them other than my legs and butt have gotten way tighter since I started wearing them two months ago. And because of the wide velcro, they lay flat enough that you can't even tell I'm wearing them. Going to order a heavier pair now! I bought the two one-pound ones to start.

They still get regular use
My wife bought them. She is more dependable in exercise than I, but she uses them most every day in her exercise ritual. She says they work well.

solid weights!
Works very well as shock absorbers for the other ankle weights currently on my arms! I definitely like the Velcro layout!

Great deal!
Amazing. My leg workout is on fire after I got these weights. Not so sure if they are appropriate for wrist as advertised but definitely perfect for ankles.

When I was in PT I used 4lb wgts for my ankles.
The first day I tried to use the 4lb ankle wgts but they were most difficult to use. The ones I used in PT were much easier to handle and did not seem as heavy as these did. I had no idea they would be so heavy for me to raise my leg 10 times x 3 sets. I will try them again tomorrow and hope it will be better. I guess I should have just gotten 2lb wgts. I am trying to strengthen my muscle in both legs. I had surgery to remove a Sarcoma on my left thigh and the plastic surgeon had to use some of the muscle on the right side of my leg to fill in the cavity where the tumor was. I used 4lb wgts in PT.

Exercise help!
I thought they were waterproof since I wear them for water exercise. But they do work well but drip water after each session. I hang them in the bathroom to dry.

Great ankle weights.
Thank you for the great service and delivery of your ankle weights. My wife needed them for physical therapy and they are perfect. Good fit, and very easy to put on and keep on. Thank you again.

big and bulky
I went by the reviews and they are misleading. These are very big and bulky. My old ankle weights could be worn under jeans and no one could see them. No way with these. Disappointing.
