Quality professional lighting!
I love these lights. I take photos of clothing for my business, and these do the job well. Very good value for the cost. The lights sometimes seem a bit too bright for what I use them for, but the color is a nice, bright white. They're what you think of when someone says "professional lighting." I've been able to catch flaws on clothing items with these that I otherwise could not see. If you're using these to take photos or videos of people, these do a great job at lighting up the space. They aren't difficult to set up or disassemble and don't take up too much room. I've had to move locations with these and they pack up well with the bag these lights come with. Other lights I've tried come with USB plug-ins, but these come with classic power cords for the wall, which was also a huge plus for me.

Great set of lights
Overall this is an amazing set of lights. The quality of photos and videos is much better. Perception of depth is good as well once you start using these lights. Setup: All the items comes very well boxed and packaged by the manufacturer. The setup process was fairly easy and took less than 10 minutes to unpack and setup for the first use Quality: The box comes with a pair of bulbs, nicely boxed in. Once set up the light was adequate enough for some great shots. This is very good for a home studio or vlogging setup. Stand: The stand itself was a bit tricky to assemble for the first time. However, once I got used to the first one setting up the second one was a breeze. The only issue I saw was that above 5 feet, the stand being top heavy becomes a bit unstable. i had to adjust the legs again to give the unit some stability. Once you are aware of this, you will be able to take care of ensuring the legs are supporting the unit well and stable. The wires are also heavy and when the stand is farther way from a power source, extending the wires can make the stand unstable as well. This is the same for most other softbox kits as well. So not restricted to the Neewer ones alone. Highly recommend this gear for amateur or professional setup.

Reasonable quality; slightly cool flicker-free light; consider 2x bulbs w/adapters for more lumens
I occasionally need some controlled diffused lighting and these seemed like a good choice. The stands and reflectors are fine and should last well enough with some care. They fold up compactly but I'll store them in a plastic storage container they are, at least for myself, more convenient than the zippered pouches. Plus they are stackable and labelable. For an occasional user, I wish someone would allow the reflector to be folded without removing the bulb. The bulb socket feels ceramic so that's good, but I did have to bend the center pin up a bit to make contact with the center contact of the bulb. Minor point but you might check this (unplugged, of course) if your light does not work. The lights themselves are fine. 5700k is a tad on the cool side of pure white. Personally I like the warmer side but my camera has the ability to set the white balance to 5700k and the results seem fine. General color rendition is good but I feel like the greens are a tad muted. Again, just my personal observation and preferences. On the plus side, a sequence of 1/8000-second photos produced very closely exposed images indicating a these lights are reasonably flicker free. No banding has been seen on video. And when the power is switched off, the light fades out suggesting a large capacitor to filter the power to reduce flicker. Light output is fair. Sure, a longer shutter speed is always there. What I ended up doing is buying two more matching LED bulbs and using light bulb splitter adapters doubled the light output. This was a good move has it reduced my shutter speed and gives me options to place the lights further away. So, if you will need these occasionally, these would be fine with care. If you are going to set them up and leave them up, you'll probably be good. Everyday setup and take downs by a travelling photographer, well, you'll just have to take really good care of them. And don't forgot about the double light idea. BT recommended with care

Bright, Cool, and Easy to Use... But Don’t Expect a Heavy-Duty Stand
I bought this kit for home photo and video use, and overall it does what most people are probably buying it for: it makes you look better on camera without turning your room into a sauna. The light is genuinely bright. For a 350W equivalent LED, it easily lights up a small room and works well for talking-head videos, product photos, or virtual meetings. I didn’t feel like I needed a second light just to get decent coverage. This kit sticks to a daylight-style color temperature (around 5700K), which gives a clean, natural look. There aren’t adjustable color modes built in, so this is more of a “set it and forget it” light. If you like neutral, daylight lighting, this works well. If you want warm or RGB effects, this isn’t that kind of setup. One big plus: it runs cool. Even after being on for a while, the light doesn’t heat up the room or get uncomfortably hot to the touch. That makes it much nicer to work around compared to older or halogen-style lights. The softbox itself is lightweight and easy to move around. Setup didn’t feel like a workout, and adjusting the angle is simple. That said, lighter weight is a double-edged sword…The stand works, but it’s not as sturdy as I expected. It’s fine for careful indoor use, but I wouldn’t bump into it or trust it around pets, kids, or high-traffic areas. Once positioned and left alone, it’s okay, just don’t expect professional studio-level stability. The reflective interior does a good job softening and spreading the light evenly. Shadows are gentle, and the light doesn’t feel harsh or blinding. It’s flattering for faces and solid for basic photography needs. For home creators, remote workers, or anyone upgrading from a desk lamp, this is a noticeable improvement. It’s easy to assemble, easy to use, and delivers consistent lighting without much fuss.

Wonderful light for small space. Easy to set up and bright enough. So bright I only get to use one lamp for my home studio. If I goto bigger studio then I will use two lamps.

Made my videos and pictures so much brighter with better visuals. The difference is stark and I’m wondering why I haven’t gotten it all along.

Me gustaron mucho, son resistentes y dan buena luz. Los tripies también son resistentes. El tema que se sincronicen es increíble, el único detalle es que (no se porqué) a veces se pierde la conexión entre ellos.
