Great fit and strength, which permits constant isometric functions. I have two of these in different sizes. They both fit, but I use them for different exercises

The side is supposed to help you build your abdomen. What a crock All does is mark up your abdomen with little cut marks. I suggest not purchasing this item for the cost not worth it.
