Better price than any brick and mortar store!!
I think this is one of the best packaged mixes for this type of sauce since I am too lazy to make my own any more. It keeps well and the price for this product is well below the brick and mortar stores. I don't usually buy something in this large of a quantity but as I stated it keeps well. Can't beat it!

Same reliable product that we remember! Great shortcut....
Seems to be the same product I remember them always having. It's a great base sauce mix as I always have added a little dried parsley and chopped green onion +garlic &other spices....a very nice shortcut when not in the mood for making from scratch egg yolk hollandaise sauce! Great with eggs and even other dinner items such as asparagus and broccoli, etc. I use whole milk and real butter when making mine no matter what other additions of spices or not.

Good not great
Bought this to attempt eggs Benedict at home. Definitely a tasty addition, but not as good as you’d find in a restaurant. I’d still recommend as the sauce is tasty and a welcome addition to my meals.
