Je l'ai utilisé pour faire mon dessert pour la saint Valentin j'ai fait une mousse que j'ai mis au congélateur très facile à démouler mais l'effet diamant on ne le voit pas pour ce faire il faut couvrir de chocolat au fond du moule mais pour démouler le chocolat se casse mais pour faire des coeur normal ça fait très bien l'affaire
