Was I ever impressed!
This brand of chocolate is one of my very favorites so elected to try their feves despite reading a review about their arriving melted. Wow, wow and triple wow! Never have I seen such perfect packing!. They arrived surrounded by four or five ice packs (even the ice packs were wrapped). If you love this chocolate as much as I do not hesitate to order

Tastes amazing!! Valrhona takes chocolate to a new level!! Everyone notices! Can't go back to store brands. Some had bloomed which sucked. Definitely opwn & check when they arrive. I waited til I was mkd project. The cost was refunded but I couldn't make all I wanted.

It is a nice chocolate that I enjoyed melting and making chocolate mousse out of.Lost a star because it was not in chip form, but that may be because of the fact that I live in southern California, and I ordered during summer.It was shipped to me as a blob, but I'm flexible enough to use a knife to make shavings, which take a bit of time.But they ship with a little ice-pack to keep cool, so if you live in a decently chill area, you'll be fine.

Getting a lot of satisfaction with just a couple of pieces helps my bottom line.
Only order in colder weather. On Nov 29 this last order arrived completely melted to Odessa, FL from KY. And it is not returnable. Normally there is just enough chocolate to satisfy. Very good for dark chocolate lovers!I wish i the carbs and calories were listed.

Absurdly good
Oh mercy... these are so damned good. I made the Jacques Torres chocolate chip cookies with these, and they’re the best I’ve ever had. I’m buying more to make some mousse with, and a friend actually took some just to eat straight.
