Original review:No noticeable improvement with the bags under my eyes. I've used both of the included items since November of last year. I wouldn't be against reordering, despite the high cost, if the product actually worked.But unfortunately it doesn't.Updated Review:Although the items sent didn't provide the desired results, the manufacturer did reach out and offer me a full refund.Due to this, and the fact that my notoriously very sensitive skin was not irritated during the use of this product; I am giving my overall experience five stars.At the very least, I would say these items are worth trying, seeing as how a full refund is pretty much guaranteed if you are unsatisfied.

This product has helped lessen the darkness and puffiness under my eyes.

After 2 weeks of use as directed...it does seem to tighten a little...barely noticeable....I guess everyone has different results according to skin texture...my problem is with bags...doesn't do much for dark semi circular ring under eyes...only time will tell...

I’ve used Brickell products on and off for better part of 5 years (mainly face wash and moisturizer) and keep a consistent face routine.The eyes for me have always been consistently tired looking and puffy (also aging tends to do that).After trying other products for eyes with silly steel ball rollers, tiny ass bottles, and almost always no improvement, I figured it was time to try Brickell’s eye treatment duo (serum and cream).After one week of using this regimen twice a day (serum after washing and drying my face, then cream, followed by my usual moisturizer), I've already noticed a significant reduction in puffiness around my eyes. While the dark circles are still hanging around, the difference in puffiness alone is impressive.My only gripe is that the serum pump dispenses a little more than I need, leaving me with a bit extra. However, this is a small issue compared to the noticeable results.Despite the higher price point, I truly believe in the quality and effectiveness of the eye treatment.Hoping to see some long-term benefits with continued use which I’ll come back to update in a month or so. If you're looking for an eye treatment that delivers, especially for reducing puffiness, this is definitely worth the investment.

I did not receive the cream, just the serum. The box described it as unscented, but it is scented which interferes with the expensive colognes. Of course, it is going to be scented just by looking at the plethora of ingredients (some of which have nothing positive to do with wrinkle shrinkage - Prep. H. would've been better). The plentitude of ingredients is more than likely meant to be more impressive than effective. Lots of the herbs are used in it (Latin names - as if we wouldn't recognize them). As an herbalist I know these are fragrant, e.g. Borage, Rose Hip Oil, Apple, Geranium, Lemon, Flax Seed, Lemongrass, Arnica, Lavender, Calendula, Chamomile, Grapeseed oil, Macadamia Nut oil, Cocoa Nut oil, Yarrow, Horsetail, Coltsfoot, Cinnamon camphora, etc. It's is as if VEGAN decided he could through all these ingredients together and call it effective. No wonder one of the review had an allergic reaction to it. Better to buy hyaluronic, collagen, retinol, acid, and other known. effective ingredients and mix your own serum and cream up than to spend such money on a little known company like this that can't even fill their orders. Very disappointed. I want my cream or money back.
